Back to our roots with this new creation made from old poles that have aged on the famous Aubrac plateau.
BRUN cutlery is a small family business located in old Laguiole on the Aubrac plateau in Aveyron. Florence and Pascal handcraft their knives in their workshop, and take particular care with each one.
Since 2014 Florence and Pascal have been cultivating their passion for shaping original knives for you.
Florence and Pascal Brun have been making traditional and original Laguioles knives since 2014.
